A 21 year old Junior, majoring in psychology. He transferred into Cross for financial reasons mainly or that's what he keeps telling himself. He also works as the Teaching Assistant for the Psychology Department. He plans on being a psychiatrist and starting up his own practice after he finishes med school.
Background Info:
Legato Bluesummers is a villain from Trigun. He has been acclaimed as one of the best villains in anime by some, but whether it is his cynical personality or the head games that he loves to play he makes himself known. He does not get his hands dirty in fighting, but rather chooses to manipulate others into doing his bidding. His right arm was oringinally Vash's, and Legato uses the powers it imbues to him to torture Vash near to the point of insanity.
